Bonnie Herzog

Bonnie Herzog is a managing director and senior consumer equity analyst at Wells Fargo, covering the beverage, household and personal care, tobacco, and convenience store sectors.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2010, Herzog was a managing director at Citi Investment Research, where she covered the beverage and tobacco sectors. During her almost 20 years of experience as a sell-side equity research analyst, Herzog has been a top-ranked Institutional Investor analyst. For 10 years, Herzog was recognized by Institutional Investor magazine for the All-America Research Team, primarily ranking as No. 2 in the tobacco sector.

Herzog was ranked No. 3 stock picker in the tobacco sector and No. 3 earnings estimator for both the tobacco and beverage sectors in the 2017 U.S. Thomson Reuters Industry Analyst Awards.

Prior to joining Citi in 2002, Herzog was the senior beverage and tobacco analyst at Credit Suisse starting in 1997.

Herzog is best known for her in-depth proprietary research and successful contrarian stock calls. She has been a guest speaker at numerous tobacco, beverage and convenience store industry conferences. Herzog earned an MBA in finance from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A. in finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.
